Absolutely love this place!! Amir has been helping my daughter and I since she was a baby and continues to help us for her senior year. Clothes are always on time and returned in perfect condition. The best costumer service i've ever experienced!!!
Have been going to Walnut Cleaners for over 25 years. Always the best service and best prices. They treat you like family.
I had purchased my wedding dress of Craigslist and it was an outdoors wedding, needless to say the bottom of the dress was filthy, but after calling Amir and discussing the process I had confidence he would get it looking brand new----AND HE DID!!!! It looked amazing!!! He was very kind and promised he would get it cleaned on time for my wedding. It was actually donr earlier than discussed--And the pricing was very reasonable.
This place is great. The wait is not long. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Turn around time is good. Every time I turn into their lot, the parking situation looks bad but there is usually a 15 minute spot open. I also really appreciate their honesty. I brought in a piece that had bright red with a white trim -- before they accepted the piece, they explained that irreversible bleeding could occur. They also told me they would test a small area before cleaning the entire piece, and not clean the piece if the test patch bled. When I went to pick it up, they explained some bleeding did occur in the test patch and it was up to me whether I wanted to take the risk of cleaning the entire piece. I was very impressed how they handled the situation.
My family has been going to Amir at Walnut Cleaners for over 20 years and we are very pleased with the quality and service he and his employees provide. Also, the seamstress there (Christina) could help you with alterations. She altered 2 of my daughter's prom gowns.
One of the most honest people I have met is Amir the owner of Walnut Cleaners. I had forgotten over two thousand dollars ($2000) cash in one of the jackets that I dropped off. Surprisingly enough I got a call the next day from Amir telling me to come pick up the cash envelope that they found in my jacket's pocket.
